Club Sandwich (Raspberry / Strawberry)
The name seems to be a Savory Sandwich, actually it’s not. Club sandwich consists of 5 layers sweet; Pistachio cake, Panna Cotta mousse, the innermost layer is a mixture of raspberry and strawberry. Covered by a thin sheet of chocolate. The combination of the four flavors is very smooth, harmony. Especially when there is a cup of hot Ceylon tea supplemented.
